A Smooth, Stress-Free Installation
Our goal is to make the whole process easy from the day you order to the day your building is standing. Here's how we work together to get it right.
How It Works
From Order to Installed
- 1
Send Us Site Photos
Text or email us a few clear photos of your prepared site so our team can spot anything early.
- 2
We Schedule Your Build
Once your site is confirmed, we place you on the schedule and reach out with your date.
- 3
Our Crew Installs It
Our experienced installation crew arrives ready to assemble your building, often in a single day.
- 4
We Walk It With You
We finish safely and professionally, with as little disruption to your property as possible.
Step One
Send Us a Few Photos of Your Site
Before installation day, send us at least four clear photos of your prepared site from different angles. This helps our team verify everything is ready and catch any concerns early, so your install goes smoothly.
Please include photos that show access to the site, any nearby trees or structures, overhead power lines, and the spot where your building will go.

A Little Prep Goes a Long Way
Getting Your Site Ready
A few simple steps help us avoid delays and give you the best possible result, especially for enclosed buildings and roll-up doors.
A Level Site
The install area should be as level as possible. A properly prepared, level site gives your building the best appearance and performance.
Room to Work
Leave clear, accessible space around the building and a path for our truck and trailer to reach the site.
Utilities Marked
Call 811 before digging so underground utilities can be marked, and let us know about any overhead lines, gates or fences.
Before Your Install, It Helps to Have:
- ✓Your building dimensions, colors, roof style and options reviewed
- ✓A level installation site that's ready to go
- ✓Adequate working space around the building for the crew
- ✓Underground utilities marked and any overhead concerns identified
- ✓Site access for a truck and trailer
- ✓Electrical power available nearby if it's needed during installation
Good to Know
What to Expect
Scheduling. Once your site is confirmed and any required payments are received, we place your project on the schedule and contact you as soon as a date is available. Installations are typically scheduled within 2 to 6 weeks. We always work hard to stay on schedule, and if weather or other circumstances require a change, we'll communicate with you as quickly as possible.
Every property is unique.Occasionally, certain site conditions call for a little extra labor or equipment, for example limited access, steep or uneven terrain, or installing over an existing surface. If we anticipate anything like that, we'll talk it through with you before work begins, so there are no surprises.
We're here to help.If you ever have questions before, during or after your installation, reach out any time. Our team is committed to friendly service, quality workmanship, and a building you'll enjoy for years to come.
