What's Covered
Your building carries a 20-year limited warranty on rust-through of the metal panels and a 20-year limited warranty on rust-through of the steel tubing, each assuming normal user care and maintenance. Workmanship and materials on the installation are covered by a 120-day limited warranty from the installation date.
Premium 40-Year Metal
Upgrading to Premium 40-Year Metal adds color-matching screws and extends the metal panels to a 40-year limited warranty on rust-through, again assuming normal user care and maintenance. You can add it in the online builder or ask us when you request a quote.
Good to Know
These warranties assume normal use, care and maintenance. Altering the unit, including exterior or interior modifications or installing electrical or plumbing, voids the warranties. Scratches to metal panels are touched up with color-matched paint at Yoder Structures' discretion.
How to Make a Claim
Report any repair or warranty issue directly to the Yoder Structures office; workmanship and materials issues should be reported within 120 days of installation. Please report issues to the office rather than only to your dealer, so they're handled promptly. The full warranty in your purchase agreement governs the details of your coverage.
